What is ONE-D TMS?
ONE-D TMS (Optimized, Neuroplasticity-Enhanced Depression Treatment Regimen) is an advanced, high-dose TMS protocol that delivers 20 intermittent Theta Burst (iTBS) sessions over the course of a single treatment day, combined with two supportive medications: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine, a mild stimulant) and D-cycloserine (a cognitive enhancer).
Patients typically spend 12–13 hours in the clinic receiving their full course of TMS in a single day.
How it works
- 20 sessions of intermittent Theta Burst Stimulation (iTBS), each lasting ~3 minutes
- Sessions are spaced across the day with 30 minute breaks and monitoring
- Pre-treatment with Vyvanse (off-label) 60 minutes prior to treatment to support focus
