Dr. Giles is certified in IV-Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through the IPI. She will offer MDMA and psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy as soon as they are FDA-approved.

A recognized leader in the field, Dr. Giles serves on the advisory board of Skyland Trail, presents at regional and national conferences including the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association (GPPA), and provides education to fellow clinicians through webinars on VNS Therapy implementation. Her work has also been recognized by The Atlantan magazine, which named her one of its “Influential Atlantans in Medicine,” and Atlanta Magazine, which presented her with a “Top Doctor” award.

Dr. Giles takes a comprehensive and collaborative approach with every patient and utilizes interventional modalities along with lifestyle optimization. She is committed to staying current on the latest treatment modalities for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders and bringing them to her patients at Breakthru Psychiatric Solutions.
